Based in Mākaha, Hawaiʻi the Menehune Film Academy is a non-profit initiative working to empower & inspire at-risk youth. We provide an enriching program where students can learn, create, and distribute high-quality content in the digital world. We are here to learn our histories, share our stories and retell stories and turn them into shorts films and documentaries that can have a lasting impact of our Hawaiian Heritage.
